No still the 2.2l, but more free flowing exhuast, and VTEC means more power, plus shorter gears+better acceleration.

Ah, fortunately i live in virginia and it didn’t see all that much slush and rust. It’s still running as far as i know. Sold it at ~280k after i bent the radiator supports when i rearended a tahoe. Friend spotted it on the road (complete with all my old decals) about 4 months later.
